1. chsrc 主程序采用 GPLv3 许可证，保证该软件的永久自由。
2. xy.h  文件单独采用 MIT 许可证，保证该库可以在尽可能多的情况下复用。

使用 xy.h 全部或部分源代码，仅要求您在您的软件中包含此文件下方的 MIT 部分，以说明许可证和版权信息。

而使用 chsrc 的代码，则要求您履行 GPLv3 的所有条件。
