5ccf581e1e UX: Improve copying from IP lookup component. 
- Removed trailing whitespaces caused by textarea.
- Clicking the Copy button will show "copied" for 2 seconds.

c0b277d273 REFACTOR: support booting discourse with DISCOURSE_NO_CONSTANTS

Prior to this change we were not booting correctly with DISCOURSE_NO_CONSTANTS
