As part of this change we have added two javascript scripts:

pnpm lint:css
pnpm lint:css:fix
```
Look at `.vscode/settings.json.sample` and `.vscode/extensions.json` for
configuration in VSCode.

This commit adds the `!important` declaration to `.hidden` utility/helper class. Without the `!important` declaration, it is not applied correctly across the site.
Run `prettier --write "app/assets/stylesheets/**/*.scss" "plugins/**/*.scss"` after making sure you installed it with `yarn`
It's recommended to configure your editor to run prettier on file save.
