This commit introduces <NotificationsTracking /> which is a wrapper component around <DMenu /> which replaces the select-kit component <TopicNotificationsButton />.
Each tracking case has its dedicated component:
- topic -> `<TopicNotificationsTracking />`
- group -> `<GroupNotificationsTracking />`
- tag -> `<TagNotificationsTracking />`
- category -> `<CategoryNotificationsTracking />`
- chat thread -> `<ThreadNotificationsTracking />`
Using Ember's `<template>` dynamically is not supported. For every invocation, glimmer-vm has to run one-time setup, and will cache the result indefinitely. This leads to significant memory leaks, and eventual OOM errors.
This commit updates a handful of cases. We'll be following up with the more complex ones, and a linting rule to avoid re-introducing the problem in future.
Moves the user-tip from the topic-timeline notifications button to the one at the bottom of the topic page.
Three reasons:
1. new users are more likely to use the button that has the full text (and description) rather than the icon-only one
2. we hide the timeline button when scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page, and then the tip doesn't seems to be attached to anything
3. we might be removing the timeline button altogether in the near future
