DEV: Introduce run_theme_migration spec helper in test environment (#26845)
This commit introduces the `run_theme_migration` spec helper to allow
theme developers to write RSpec tests for theme migrations. For example,
this allows the following RSpec test to be written in themes:

```
RSpec.describe "0003-migrate-small-links-setting migration" do
  let!(:theme) { upload_theme_component }
  it "should set target property to `_blank` if previous target component is not valid or empty" do
    theme.theme_settings.create!(
      name: "small_links",
      theme: theme,
      data_type: ThemeSetting.types[:string],
      value: "some text, #|some text 2, #, invalid target",
    )
    run_theme_migration(theme, "0003-migrate-small-links-setting")
    expect(theme.settings[:small_links].value).to eq(
      [
        { "text" => "some text", "url" => "#", "target" => "_blank" },
        { "text" => "some text 2", "url" => "#", "target" => "_blank" },
      ],
    )
  end
end
```

This change is being introduced because we realised that writting just
javascript tests for the migrations is insufficient since javascript
tests do not ensure that the migrated theme settings can actually be
successfully saved into the database. Hence, we are introduce this
helper as a way for theme developers to write "end-to-end" migrations
tests.

FEATURE: Add experimental option for strict-dynamic CSP (#25664)
The strict-dynamic CSP directive is supported in all our target browsers, and makes for a much simpler configuration. Instead of allowlisting paths, we use a per-request nonce to authorize `<script>` tags, and then those scripts are allowed to load additional scripts (or add additional inline scripts) without restriction.

This becomes especially useful when admins want to add external scripts like Google Tag Manager, or advertising scripts, which then go on to load a ton of other scripts.

All script tags introduced via themes will automatically have the nonce attribute applied, so it should be zero-effort for theme developers. Plugins *may* need some changes if they are inserting their own script tags.

This commit introduces a strict-dynamic-based CSP behind an experimental `content_security_policy_strict_dynamic` site setting.

DEV: Remove the use of Capybara::Session#quit (#24978)
Why this change?

This is what `Capybara::Session#quit` does:

```
    def quit
      @driver.quit if @driver.respond_to? :quit
      @document = @driver = nil
      @touched = false
      @server&.reset_error!
    end
```

One notable thing is that it resets server errors which means that any
server errors encountered by a session is cleared. That is not what we
want since it hides errors even though `Capybara.raise_server_errors`
has been set to `true`.

config.after(:suite) which stops minio server is called every time one

DEV: Re-enable minio specs by pre-installing minio binary before test run (#24050)
This fixes a similar issue to 8b3eca0 where an Errno::ETXTBSY error was raised because the minio_runner gem was trying to install the binary across multiple processes in rspec. If we just make sure the latest version is installed before the tests run, this shouldn't happen, since MinioRunner.start will not do any further attempts at installation if the latest version is installed.

DEV: Improve upload_theme system test helper (#23663)
What does this change do?

This change improves the `upload_theme` system test helper method by
automatically setting the uploaded theme as the default theme for the
site. This is to make it easier for users to use the theme instead of
having to fiddle with theme previews. The default behaviour of setting
the uploaded theme as the site's default theme can be disabled by
passing `false` to the `set_theme_as_default` keyword argument.

This change also introduces a new `upload_theme_component` system test
helper method for uploading theme components. The difference between the
`upload_theme` helper method is that the theme component is
automatically added to the site's default theme when uploaded. The theme
which the theme component is added to can be configured via the
`parent_theme_id` keyword argument.

For both methods, we also no longer require the path to the theme to be
provided. Instead both methods will look through the callstack and can
figure out the theme's directory based on the convention that the
theme's system tests are placed in the `spec/system` directory of the
theme folder. This change simplifies the usage of the methods for users
and helps to remove code like `upload_theme_component(File.expand_path("../..", __dir__))`.

DEV: Add support for uploading a theme from a directory in system tests (#23402)
Why this change?

Currently, we do not have an easy way to test themes and theme components
using Rails system tests. While we support QUnit acceptance tests for
themes and theme components, QUnit acceptance tests stubs out the server
and setting up the fixtures for server responses is difficult and can lead to a
frustrating experience. System tests on the other hand allow authors to
set up the test fixtures using our fabricator system which is much
easier to use.

What does this change do?

In order for us to allow authors to run system tests with their themes
installed, we are adding a `upload_theme` helper that is made available
when writing system tests. The `upload_theme` helper requires a single
`directory` parameter where `directory` is the directory of the theme
locally and returns a `Theme` record.

FEATURE: Secure uploads in PMs only (#23398)
This adds a new secure_uploads_pm_only site setting. When secure_uploads
is true with this setting, only uploads created in PMs will be marked
secure; no uploads in secure categories will be marked as secure, and
the login_required site setting has no bearing on upload security
either.

This is meant to be a stopgap solution to prevent secure uploads
in a single place (private messages) for sensitive admin data exports.
Ideally we would want a more comprehensive way of saying that certain
upload types get secured which is a hybrid/mixed mode secure uploads,
but for now this will do the trick.

DEV: Add S3 upload system specs using minio (#22975)
This commit adds some system specs to test uploads with
direct to S3 single and multipart uploads via uppy. This
is done with minio as a local S3 replacement. We are doing
this to catch regressions when uppy dependencies need to
be upgraded or we change uppy upload code, since before
this there was no way to know outside manual testing whether
these changes would cause regressions.

Minio's server lifecycle and the installed binaries are managed
by the https://github.com/discourse/minio_runner gem, though the
binaries are already installed on the discourse_test image we run
GitHub CI from.

These tests will only run in CI unless you specifically use the
CI=1 or RUN_S3_SYSTEM_SPECS=1 env vars.

FIX: Managing sidebar custom sections not working on subfolder (#22773)
Why this change?

We were verifying that a url for a section link in a custom sidebar
section is valid by passing the url string to `Router#recognize`.
If a `rootURL` has been set on the router, the url string that is passed
to `Router#recognize` has to start with the `rootURL`.

This commit fixes the problem by ensuring that `RouteInfoHelper` adds
the application subfolder path before calling `Router#recognize` on the
url string.

We had a system test failed right after visiting a URL because an

DEV: Introduces a wait_for_animation system spec helper (#20573)
This is used when calling click_message_action_mobile to wait
for the message actions menu to finish animating up before
attempting to click on it using capybara. Without this, in
the time between capybara getting the x,y position of a menu
item to click on and the click being fired, the animating menu
can move that item out of the way.

With the new helper, we constantly compare x,y client rect positions
for the animating element and wait for them to stabilise. Once they
do, it means the animation is done, and it is safe to click on
anything within the element.

Re-enables mobile system specs for chat that were ignored because
of this.

FEATURE: Allow changing slug on create channel (#19928)
This commit allows us to set the channel slug when creating new chat
channels. As well as this, it introduces a new `SlugsController` which can
generate a slug using `Slug.for` and a name string for input. We call this
after the user finishes typing the channel name (debounced) and fill in
the autogenerated slug in the background, and update the slug input
placeholder.

This autogenerated slug is used by default, but if the user writes anything
else in the input it will be used instead.

Previously, calling `sign_in` would cause the browser to be redirected to `/`, and would cause the Ember app to boot. We would then call `visit()`, causing the app to boot for a second time.

This commit adds a `redirect=false` option to the `/session/username/become` route. This avoids the unnecessary boot of the app, and leads to significantly faster system spec run times.

In local testing, this takes the full system-spec suite for chat from ~6min to ~4min.

FEATURE: Generic hashtag autocomplete lookup and markdown cooking (#18937)
This commit fleshes out and adds functionality for the new `#hashtag` search and
lookup system, still hidden behind the `enable_experimental_hashtag_autocomplete`
feature flag.

**Serverside**

We have two plugin API registration methods that are used to define data sources
(`register_hashtag_data_source`) and hashtag result type priorities depending on
the context (`register_hashtag_type_in_context`). Reading the comments in plugin.rb
should make it clear what these are doing. Reading the `HashtagAutocompleteService`
in full will likely help a lot as well.

Each data source is responsible for providing its own **lookup** and **search**
method that returns hashtag results based on the arguments provided. For example,
the category hashtag data source has to take into account parent categories and
how they relate, and each data source has to define their own icon to use for the
hashtag, and so on.

The `Site` serializer has two new attributes that source data from `HashtagAutocompleteService`.
There is `hashtag_icons` that is just a simple array of all the different icons that
can be used for allowlisting in our markdown pipeline, and there is `hashtag_context_configurations`
that is used to store the type priority orders for each registered context.

When sending emails, we cannot render the SVG icons for hashtags, so
we need to change the HTML hashtags to the normal `#hashtag` text.

**Markdown**

The `hashtag-autocomplete.js` file is where I have added the new `hashtag-autocomplete`
markdown rule, and like all of our rules this is used to cook the raw text on both the clientside
and on the serverside using MiniRacer. Only on the server side do we actually reach out to
the database with the `hashtagLookup` function, on the clientside we just render a plainer
version of the hashtag HTML. Only in the composer preview do we do further lookups based
on this.

This rule is the first one (that I can find) that uses the `currentUser` based on a passed
in `user_id` for guardian checks in markdown rendering code. This is the `last_editor_id`
for both the post and chat message. In some cases we need to cook without a user present,
so the `Discourse.system_user` is used in this case.

**Chat Channels**

This also contains the changes required for chat so that chat channels can be used
as a data source for hashtag searches and lookups. This data source will only be
used when `enable_experimental_hashtag_autocomplete` is `true`, so we don't have
to worry about channel results suddenly turning up.

------

**Known Rough Edges**

- Onebox excerpts will not render the icon svg/use tags, I plan to address that in a follow up PR
- Selecting a hashtag + pressing the Quote button will result in weird behaviour, I plan to address that in a follow up PR
- Mixed hashtag contexts for hashtags without a type suffix will not work correctly, e.g. #ux which is both a category and a channel slug will resolve to a category when used inside a post or within a [chat] transcript in that post. Users can get around this manually by adding the correct suffix, for example ::channel. We may get to this at some point in future
- Icons will not show for the hashtags in emails since SVG support is so terrible in email (this is not likely to be resolved, but still noting for posterity)
- Additional refinements and review fixes wil

DEV: Minimal first pass of rails system test setup (#16311)
This commit introduces rails system tests run with chromedriver, selenium,
and headless chrome to our testing toolbox.

We use the `webdrivers` gem and `selenium-webdriver` which is what
the latest Rails uses so the tests run locally and in CI out of the box.

You can use `SELENIUM_VERBOSE_DRIVER_LOGS=1` to show extra
verbose logs of what selenium is doing to communicate with the system
tests.

By default JS logs are verbose so errors from JS are shown when
running system tests, you can disable this with
`SELENIUM_DISABLE_VERBOSE_JS_LOGS=1`

You can use `SELENIUM_HEADLESS=0` to run the system
tests inside a chrome browser instead of headless, which can be useful to debug things
and see what the spec sees. See note above about `bin/ember-cli` to avoid
surprises.

I have modified `bin/turbo_rspec` to exclude `spec/system` by default,
support for parallel system specs is a little shaky right now and we don't
want them slowing down the turbo by default either.

### PageObjects and System Tests

To make querying and inspecting parts of the page easier
and more reusable inbetween system tests, we are using the
concept of [PageObjects](https://www.selenium.dev/documentation/test_practices/encouraged/page_object_models/) in
our system tests. A "Page" here is generally corresponds to
an overarching ember route, e.g. "Topic" for `/t/324345/some-topic`,
and this contains logic for querying components within the topic
such as "Posts".

I have also split "Modals" into their own entity. Further down the
line we may want to explore creating independent "Component"
contexts.

Capybara DSL should be included in each PageObject class,
reference for this can be found at https://rubydoc.info/github/teamcapybara/capybara/master#the-dsl

For system tests, since they are so slow, we want to focus on
the "happy path" and not do every different possible context
and branch check using them. They are meant to be overarching
tests that check a number of things are correct using the full stack
from JS and ember to rails to ruby and then the database.

### CI Setup

Whenever a system spec fails, a screenshot
is taken and a build artifact is produced _after the entire CI run is complete_,
which can be downloaded from the Actions UI in the repo.

Most importantly, a step to build the Ember app using Ember CLI
is needed, otherwise the JS assets cannot be found by capybara:

```
- name: Build Ember CLI
  run: bin/ember-cli --build
```

A new `--build` argument has been added to `bin/ember-cli` for this
case, which is not needed locally if you already have the discourse
rails server running via `bin/ember-cli -u` since the whole server is built and
set up by default.
