DEV: Truncate user agent string when it is too long instead of null (#27758)
This is a follow up to 005f623c42 where
we want to truncate the user agent string instead of nulling out the
column when the user agent string is too low. By truncating, we still
get to retain information that can still be useful.

DEV: Add user_agent column to search_logs (#27742)
Add a new column - `user_agent` - to the `SearchLog` table.

This column can be null as we are only allowing a the user-agent string to have a max length of 2000 characters. In the case the user-agent string surpasses the max characters allowed, we simply nullify the value, and save/write the log as normal.

DEV: Allow fab! without block (#24314)
The most common thing that we do with fab! is:

    fab!(:thing) { Fabricate(:thing) }

This commit adds a shorthand for this which is just simply:

    fab!(:thing)

i.e. If you omit the block, then, by default, you'll get a `Fabricate`d object using the fabricator of the same name.

DEV: Automatically require 'rails_helper' in all specs (#16077)
It's very easy to forget to add `require 'rails_helper'` at the top of every core/plugin spec file, and omissions can cause some very confusing/sporadic errors.

By setting this flag in `.rspec`, we can remove the need for `require 'rails_helper'` entirely.

* Introduced fab!, a helper that creates database state for a group

It's almost identical to let_it_be, except:

 1. It creates a new object for each test by default,
 2. You can disable it using PREFABRICATION=0

4ea21fa2d0 DEV: use #frozen_string_literal: true on all spec
This change both speeds up specs (less strings to allocate) and helps catch
cases where methods in Discourse are mutating inputs.

Overall we will be migrating everything to use #frozen_string_literal: true
it will take a while, but this is the first and safest move in this direction

f458cba4cb FIX: Admin search logs should filter by date instead of timestamp.
The client side filters by date so it is confusion when the data changes as each second passes.

e3925278e2 FEATURE: support search click through tracking for user, category and tags
https://meta.discourse.org/t/search-logs-page/73281/11?u=techapj

This commit adds following features:

- support for tracking click through to user, tag and category
- new filter for search type (header, full page)

This commit also removes "most viewed topic" field from search logs page because we are now tracking multiple click through entities, so topic is not a special entity anymore. This also improves query perf. The query now takes `20.5ms` to runs, as opposed to `655.9ms` previously.
