All of these buttons use our default grey background styling, but aren't
carrying the `btn-default` class, which makes them easier to target in
themes. This PR adds the class.

As part of this change we have added two javascript scripts:

Currently, if you set an integer site setting in the admin interface and include thousands separators, you will silently configure the wrong value.
This PR replaces TextField inputs for integer site settings with NumberField. It also cleans the numeric input of any non-digits in the backend in case any separators make it through.

This makes it much easier to check the staff action logs for a specific site setting. A small history icon will appear when hovering over a site setting name. On click, you will be taken to the pre-filtered staff action log for the site setting.
A first step to adding automatic dark mode color scheme switching. Adds a new SCSS file at `color_definitions.scss` that serves to output all SCSS color variables as CSS custom properties. And replaces all SCSS color variables with the new CSS custom properties throughout the stylesheets.
This is an alpha feature at this point, can only be enabled via console using the `default_dark_mode_color_scheme_id` site setting.
