DEV: Add skip_migrations param when importing remote theme (#25218)
Why this change?

Importing theme with the `bundle` params is used mainly by
`discourse_theme` CLI in the development environment. However, we do not
want migrations to automatically run in the development environment
and instead want the developer to be intentional about running theme
migrations. As such, this commit adds support for a
`skip_migrations` param when importing a theme with the `bundle` params.

This commit also adds a `migrated` attribute for migrations theme fields
to indicate whether a migrations theme field has been migrated or not.

DEV: Add auto map from TL -> group site settings in DeprecatedSettings (#24959)
When setting an old TL based site setting in the console e.g.:

SiteSetting.min_trust_level_to_allow_ignore = TrustLevel[3]

We will silently convert this to the corresponding Group::AUTO_GROUP. And vice-versa, when we read the value on the old setting, we will automatically get the lowest trust level corresponding to the lowest auto group for the new setting in the database.

DEV: Add support for uploading a theme from a directory in system tests (#23402)
Why this change?

Currently, we do not have an easy way to test themes and theme components
using Rails system tests. While we support QUnit acceptance tests for
themes and theme components, QUnit acceptance tests stubs out the server
and setting up the fixtures for server responses is difficult and can lead to a
frustrating experience. System tests on the other hand allow authors to
set up the test fixtures using our fabricator system which is much
easier to use.

What does this change do?

In order for us to allow authors to run system tests with their themes
installed, we are adding a `upload_theme` helper that is made available
when writing system tests. The `upload_theme` helper requires a single
`directory` parameter where `directory` is the directory of the theme
locally and returns a `Theme` record.

FIX: ensures generic onebox has width/height for thumbnail (#23040)
Prior to this fix we would output an image with no width/height which would then bypass a large part of `CookedProcessorMixin` and have no aspect ratio. As a result, an image with no size would cause layout shift.

It also removes a fix for oneboxes in chat messages due to this case.

DEV: Fix flaky core backend spec (#22650)
Why this change?

The user id in a fixture file was hardcoded to 666. Once we've
fabricated enough user objects until the sequence for `User#id` reaches
666, the specs in vanilla_body_parser_spec.rb will fail.

What is the fix here?

This commit increases the user id to a large integer which we will
likely never hit in the next 10-20 years.

FEATURE: Serve RTL versions of admin and plugins CSS bundles for RTL locales (#21876)
Prior to this commit, we didn't have RTL versions of our admin and plugins CSS bundles and we always served LTR versions of those bundles even when users used an RTL locale, causing admin and plugins UI elements to never look as good as when an LTR locale was used. Example of UI issues prior to this commit were: missing margins, borders on the wrong side and buttons too close to each other etc.

This commit creates an RTL version for the admin CSS bundle as well as RTL bundles for all the installed plugins and serves those RTL bundles to users/sites who use RTL locales.

FIX: improve mailman email parsing (#21627)
https://meta.discourse.org/t/improving-mailman-email-parsing/253041

When mirroring a public mailling list which uses mailman, there were some cases where the incoming email was not associated to the proper user.

As it happens, for various (undertermined) reasons, the email from the sender is often not in the `From` header but can be in any of the following headers: `Reply-To`, `CC`, `X-Original-From`, `X-MailFrom`.

It might be in other headers as well, but those were the ones we found the most reliable.

FIX: Use the default value correctly for theme settings of type uploads (#20541)
When a theme setting of type `upload` has a default upload, it should return the URL of the specified default upload until a custom upload is used for the setting. However, currently this isn't the case and we get null instead of the default upload URL.

The reason for this is because the `super` method of `#value` already returns the default upload URL (if there's one), so we can't pass that to `cdn_url` which expects an upload ID:

c961dcc757/lib/theme_settings_manager.rb (L212)

This commit fixes the bug by skipping the call to `cdn_url` when we fallback to the default upload for the setting value.

FEATURE: Add support for case-sensitive Watched Words (#17445)
* FEATURE: Add case-sensitivity flag to watched_words

Currently, all watched words are matched case-insensitively. This flag
allows a watched word to be flagged for case-sensitive matching.
To allow allow for backwards compatibility the flag is set to false by
default.

* FEATURE: Support case-sensitive creation of Watched Words via API

Extend admin creation and upload of Watched Words to support case
sensitive flag. This lays the ground work for supporting
case-insensitive matching of Watched Words.

Support for an extra column has also been introduced for the Watched
Words upload CSV file. The new column structure is as follows:

 word,replacement,case_sentive

* FEATURE: Enable case-sensitive matching of Watched Words

WordWatcher's word_matcher_regexp now returns a list of regular
expressions instead of one case-insensitive regular expression.

With the ability to flag a Watched Word as case-sensitive, an action
can have words of both sensitivities. This makes the use of the global
Regexp::IGNORECASE flag added to all words problematic.

To get around platform limitations around the use of subexpression level
switches/flags, a list of regular expressions is returned instead, one for each
case sensitivity.

Word matching has also been updated to use this list of regular expressions
instead of one.

* FEATURE: Use case-sensitive regular expressions for Watched Words

Update Watched Words regular expressions matching and processing to handle
the extra metadata which comes along with the introduction of
case-sensitive Watched Words.

This allows case-sensitive Watched Words to matched as such.

* DEV: Simplify type casting of case-sensitive flag from uploads

Use builtin semantics instead of a custom method for converting
string case flags in uploaded Watched Words to boolean.

* UX: Add case-sensitivity details to Admin Watched Words UI

Update Watched Word form to include a toggle for case-sensitivity.
This also adds support for, case-sensitive testing and matching of Watched Word
in the admin UI.

* DEV: Code improvements from review feedback

 - Extract watched word regex creation out to a utility function
 - Make JS array presence check more explicit and readable

* DEV: Extract Watched Word regex creation to utility function

Clean-up work from review feedback. Reduce code duplication.

* DEV: Rename word_matcher_regexp to word_matcher_regexp_list

Since a list is returned now instead of a single regular expression,
change `word_matcher_regexp` to `word_matcher_regexp_list` to better communicate
this change.

* DEV: Incorporate WordWatcher updates from upstream

Resolve conflicts and ensure apply_to_text does not remove non-word characters in matches
that aren't at the beginning of the line.

FIX: Use addresses to compare email header (#14509)
Usually, when an email is received a user lookup is performed using the
email address found in the `From` header. When an email has an
`X-Original-From` header, if it is equal to `Reply-To` then it uses that
one instead. The comparison was sensitive to whitespaces and other
insignificant characters such as quotes because it reconstructed the
`From` header.

For the fixture added in this commit, it compared the reconstructed
`From` header `John Doe <johndoe@example.com>` with the `Reply-To`
header `"John Doe" <johndoe@example.com>`.

FIX: Correct the forwarded by user small post for group inbox (#14252)
When 2ac9fd9dff was done, this
affected the small post that is created when forwarding an email
into the group inbox. Instead of using the name and the email of
the user who forwarded the email, it used the original from email
and name to create the small post. So instead of something like
"Discourse Team forwarded the above email" we ended up with
"John Smith forwarded the above email" which is incorrect.

This fixes the issue by creating a staged user for the forwarding
email address (if such a user does not yet exist) and uses that
for the "forwarded" small post instead.

FIX: Use original from address when forwarding to group inbox (#14114)
When emails were forwarded to a group inbox by the email address
of the group, for example when an email ends up in spam and must
be manually forwarded to the group+site@discoursemail.com address,
the OP of the topic ended up being the group's email address instead
of the sender who originally sent the email to the group inbox.

This commit detects that an email has been forwarded using existing
tools, and if the from address matches one of the group incoming
email addresses, then we look at the forwarded email's from address
and use that instead for the incoming email from address as well as
the staged/regular user used for the Topic.user.

This will make it much cleaner to forward emails into a group inbox,
and will prevent issues with PostAlerter where the OP is double-notified
for these emails.
