* UX: increase font-size of last message + decrease emoji size
* UX: decrease size of username emoji
* UX: Mobile chat index cleanup
* UX: decrease size of chat-channel-title in thead list
This update adds three tabs to the bottom of the chat overlay to make it easier for users to navigate chat on mobile.
As a result of this change:
- Direct Messages are now shown separately from public channels on mobile
- My Threads has now moved from the channel list to it's own tab on mobile
- My Threads can still be accessed on desktop via the sidebar and within the drawer channel list
- Chat back button has been updated to navigate to the correct tab (for both channels and threads)
Some special cases:
- If DMs are not used then the tab is not rendered
- If the user has no threads then the tab is not rendered
- If both the tabs for DMs and Threads aren't available then the whole footer will not be rendered
- Chat footer is only shown on the listing pages (DMs, Channels, My Threads)

- sticky doesn't work well with overflow: hidden parents. These overflows were used to hide other issues which shouldn't exist anyways. If it causes issues we should fix the root cause.
- our `--header-offset` is changing a lot on safari while scrolling, sometimes with very unexpected value like: negative or very high value, which causes the navbar to appear at unexpected positions for few ms, this commit is using the value of the header on insert and not changing it after, it shouldn't cause any issue.
On mobile swiping a channel row will now show a "Remove" option. Holding this to the end will now remove this row from your list of followed direct message channels.

Before this commit chat was applying a fixed height on everything under the `/chat` route. It's only really needed on the channel page with the composer at the bottom of the page.
This commits makes the following changes:
- moves height limitation from `#main-outlet-wrapper` to `.chat-channel`
- makes browse channel page and members list page full height and rely on main document scrollbar
- adds height computation for draft header and direct message creator block to ensure the height is correct when creating a draft channel
- makes chat index full height to rely on the browser scrollbar. As a result the <kbd> + </kbd> button used on mobile to create a direct message as been moved out of `<ChannelsList>` into the chat index template
- sidebar height was relying on chat setting a max height, as a result the height computation of sidebar has been changed to work correctly, especially with an opened keyboard on mobile or ipad
- Raises the scroll distance to 250px instead of 100px to show the arrow down button
- Always have a margin on drawer when showing channel list, removes this margin when the scrollbar is apparent
- Makes all scrollbar used in chat look the same through the chat-scrollbar mixin
- Ensures hover state is not persistent on channel row in mobile
- Makes the channel row full width on mobile

- Note this is also tweaking the UI a little bit as we are now using links/buttons in the header as needed
- It disables the find ideal channel in drawer mode, if loading `/chat` in drawer mode it will either reopen at the last position or just stay on index
