This PR adds a new category setting which is a column in the `categories` table, `allow_unlimited_owner_edits_on_first_post`.
What this does is:
* Inside the `can_edit_post?` method of `PostGuardian`, if the current user editing a post is the owner of the post, it is the first post, and the topic's category has `allow_unlimited_owner_edits_on_first_post`, then we bypass the check for `LimitedEdit#edit_time_limit_expired?` on that post.
* Also, similar to wiki topics, in `PostActionNotifier#after_create_post_revision` we send a notification to all users watching a topic when the OP is edited in a topic with the category setting `allow_unlimited_owner_edits_on_first_post` enabled.
This is useful for forums where there is a Marketplace or similar category, where topics are created and then updated indefinitely by the OP rather than the OP making new topics or additional replies. In a way this acts similar to a wiki that only one person can edit.

This moves the "This site was just updated" modal asking the user if they want to refresh into a subtle prompt that slides down from the header.
Also in this PR I've added a helper to publish message bus messages in JS tests. So instead of this:

Changing the invite type from link to email and then copying it was
confusing because it gave user the impression that the invite was
updated and the invite link will reflect the latest changes, but it
did not.
If the user has not been sent any messages, show a message in the quick access menu with an educational message. If the user can send private messages, also show a link to open the "new message" composer:
This also adds a general improvement to the quick-access-panel, to be able to show an `emptyStateWidget` instead of just a message if there is nothing to show in the panel, as well as initial general styles for empty state.
Users can now pin bookmarks from their bookmark list. This will anchor the bookmark to the top of the list, and show a pin icon next to it. This also applies in the nav bookmarks panel. If there are multiple pinned bookmarks they sort by last updated order.
We previously included this option conditionally when users were replying
or creating a new topic while they had content already in the composer.
This makes the dialog always include three buttons:
- Close and discard
- Close and save draft for later
- Keed editing
This also changes how the backend notifies the frontend when there is
a current draft topic. This is now sent via the `has_topic_draft`
property in the current user serializer.
Currently the process of adding a custom image to badge is quite clunky; you have to upload your image to a topic, and then copy the image URL and pasting it in a text field. Besides being clucky, if the topic or post that contains the image is deleted, the image will be garbage-collected in a few days and the badge will lose the image because the application is not that the image is referenced by a badge.
This commit improves that by adding a proper image uploader widget for badge images.
This commit extends functionality of the expired invites tab, making
it more similar to the pending tab. It also implements a different
layout for mobile.
Staff can send a post to the review queue by clicking the "Flag Post" button next to "Take Action...". Clicking it flags the post using the "Notify moderators" score type and hides it. A custom message will be sent to the user.

I made some adjustments to the invite system copy, to reflect the mockups at https://meta.discourse.org/t/improve-invite-system/173756 - the goal is to try to reduce the number of words and make it as simple as possible, similar to discord.
The user interface has been reorganized to show email and link invites
in the same screen. Staff has more control over creating and updating
invites. Bulk invite has also been improved with better explanations.
On the server side, many code paths for email and link invites have
been merged to avoid duplicated logic. The API returns better responses
with more appropriate HTTP status codes.

auto_silence_first_post_regex site setting was removed because it overlapped
with 'require approval' watched words.

The title attribute has been used to attempt to provide the link with an accessible name, but the value of the title attribute is “view all” for the link in each of the tabs, and so their purpose is not uniquely identified.
This PR adds an edit button to the topic timer info message which opens the modal.
Also, I have cleaned up a few more places where we were referencing "topic status update" which is what these were called prior to being called topic timers.
The category settings for auto-close topic hours has now also been modified to use the new relative-time-picker component.

This PR adds a new relative-time component, that is an input box with a SK dropdown of minutes, hours, days, and months which outputs the duration selected in minutes. This new component is used in the time shortcuts list (used by bookmarks and topic timers) as a new Relative Time shortcut.
Also in this PR, I have made the "Auto-Close After Last Post" timer into a top level timer type in the UI, and removed the "based on last post" custom time shortcut.
This commit adjusts the scroll gradient on the login modal, changes `email / username` to `Email / Username` and adjusts the color of social button icons on hover in the login modal.
The 'Discourse SSO' protocol is being rebranded to DiscourseConnect. This should help to reduce confusion when 'SSO' is used in the generic sense.
This commit aims to:
- Rename `sso_` site settings. DiscourseConnect specific ones are prefixed `discourse_connect_`. Generic settings are prefixed `auth_`
- Add (server-side-only) backwards compatibility for the old setting names, with deprecation notices
- Copy `site_settings` database records to the new names
- Rename relevant translation keys
- Update relevant translations
This commit does **not** aim to:
- Rename any Ruby classes or methods. This might be done in a future commit
- Change any URLs. This would break existing integrations
- Make any changes to the protocol. This would break existing integrations
- Change any functionality. Further normalization across DiscourseConnect and other auth methods will be done separately
The risks are:
- There is no backwards compatibility for site settings on the client-side. Accessing auth-related site settings in Javascript is fairly rare, and an error on the client side would not be security-critical.
- If a plugin is monkey-patching parts of the auth process, changes to locale keys could cause broken error messages. This should also be unlikely. The old site setting names remain functional, so security-related overrides will remain working.
A follow-up commit will be made with a post-deploy migration to delete the old `site_settings` rows.
`emailOrUsername` was renamed to `invitee` in a recent change to app/assets/javascripts/discourse/app/components/invite-panel.js and needed to be updated in client.en.yml

This PR revamps the topic timer UI, using the time shortcut selector from the bookmark modal.
* Fixes an issue where the duration of hours/days after last reply or auto delete replies was not enforced to be > 0
* Fixed an issue where the timer dropdown options were not reloaded correctly if the topic status changes in the background (use `MessageBus` to publish topic state in the open/close timer jobs)
* Moved the duration input and the "based on last post" option from the `future-date-input` component, as it was only used for topic timers. Also moved out the notice that is displayed which was also only relevant for topic timers.
Disabling shared drafts used to leave topics in an inconsistent state
where they were not displayed as shared drafts and thus there was no
way of publishing them. Moreover, they were accessible just to users
who have permissions to create shared drafts.
This commit adds another permission check that is used for most
operations and the old can_create_shared_draft? remains used just when
creating a new shared draft.
This PR is the first step towards replacing our `{{user-selector}}` and eventually deprecating and removing it from our codebase. Some of `{{user-selector}}` problems are:
1. It's called `{{user-selector}}`, but in reality in can also select groups and emails.
2. It's an Ember component, yet it doesn't have a handlebars template and uses jQuery to render itself and modify the DOM. An example of this problem is when you want to clear the selected users programmatically, see [this](6c155dba77/app/assets/javascripts/discourse/app/components/user-selector.js (L179-L185)).
3. We now have select kit which does very similar things but a lot better.
This PR introduces `{{email-group-user-chooser}}` which is meant to replace `{{user-selector}}`. It extends select kit and has the same features that `{{user-selector}}` has. `{{user-selector}}` is still used in a few places in core, but they'll all be replaced with the new component in a separate commit.
Once `{{user-selector}}` is not used anywhere in core, it'll be deprecated and then removed after the 2.7 release.
This PR moves all of the time picking functionality from the bookmark modal and controller into a reusable time-shortcut-picker component, which will be used for the topic timer UI revamp. All of the utility JS for getting dates like tomorrow/next week/next month etc. have also been moved into a separate utility lib.
The time-shortcut-picker has a couple of options that can be passed in:
* prefilledDatetime - The date and time to parse and prefill into the custom date and time section, useful for editing interfaces.
* onTimeSelected (callback) - Called when one of the time shortcuts is clicked, and passes the type of the shortcut (e.g. tomorrow) and the datetime selected.
* additionalOptionsToShow - An array of option ids to show (by default `later_today` and `later_this_week` are hidden)
* hiddenOptions - An array of option ids to hide
* customOptions - An array of custom options to display (e.g. the option to select a post date for the bookmarks modal). The options should have the below properties:
* id
* icon
* label (I18n key)
* time (moment datetime object)
* timeFormatted
* hidden
The other major work in this PR is moving all of the bookmark functionality out of the bookmark modal controller and into its own component, where it makes more sense to be able to access elements on the page via `document`. Tests have been added to accompany this move, and existing acceptance tests for bookmark are all passing.
Adds a new column/setting to groups, allow_unknown_sender_topic_replies, which is default false. When enabled, this scenario is allowed via IMAP:
* OP sends an email to the support email address which is synced to a group inbox via IMAP, creating a group topic
* Group user replies to the group topic
* An email notification is sent to the OP of the topic via GroupSMTPMailer
* The OP has several email accounts and the reply is sent to all of them, or they forward their reply to another email account
* The OP replies from a different email address than the OP (gloria@gmail.com instead of gloria@hey.com for example)
* The a new staged user is created, the new reply is accepted and added to the topic, and the staged user is added to the topic allowed users
Without allow_unknown_sender_topic_replies enabled the new reply creates an entirely new topic (because the email address it is sent from is not previously part of the topic email chain).
Background: I wanted to see `categories.latest_by` translation in context in a live app but couldn't find it, so I traced it throughout the code.
My step-by-step reasoning for the removal is:
1. `categories-only` does not use `latestTopicOnly`, so there's no need to call it with that argument
2. `parent-category-row` is never called with `latestTopicOnly` argument, so the reference to that arg can be removed from its template
3. after that, `featured-topic` is now no longer ever called with `latestTopicOnly` argument (except in the `ghost` theme, but that's because its override of `categories-only` template 4e2fba963c/common/header.html (L119) is based on the old version of that template from core), so it seems safe to remove it there too (`categories.latest_by` i18n string is also no longer needed)
4. then, nothing is using `latestTopicOnly` anymore so it can be removed from `categories` hbs/js
I checked in each step that there are no plugins or themes (in all-the-plugins/all-the-themes) using those properties/arguments/strings.
- Improve warning message.
- Only display the warning if the language has a fallback and either "allow_user_locale", or "set_locale_from_accept_language_header" are enabled.
This adds a new table UserNotificationSchedules which stores monday-friday start and ends times that each user would like to receive notifications (with a Boolean enabled to remove the use of the schedule). There is then a background job that runs every day and creates do_not_disturb_timings for each user with an enabled notification schedule. The job schedules timings 2 days in advance. The job is designed so that it can be run at any point in time, and it will not create duplicate records.
When a users saves their notification schedule, the schedule processing service will run and schedule do_not_disturb_timings. If the user should be in DND due to their schedule, the user will immediately be put in DND (message bus publishes this state).
The UI for a user's notification schedule is in user -> preferences -> notifications. By default every day is 8am - 5pm when first enabled.
Admins can now edit translations in different languages without having to change their locale. We display a warning when there's a fallback language set.
Feature for `Must Approve Users` setup. When a user is rejected, a staff member can optionally set a reason for audit purposes. In addition, feedback email can be sent to the user.

Installing multiple copies of the same theme/component is possible, but you rarely need to actually have multiple copies installed. We've seen many times new admins installing duplicates of components because they were unaware it was already installed. This PR makes the theme installer modal loop through the existing themes when you click on 'install', and if there is a theme with a URL that matches the URL you entered, a warning will show up and you will need to click 'install' again to proceed.

Being that system badges ship with every instance of Discourse, we've opted to define the name, description, and long description in our locales files to promote translation into other languages. When an admin visited the overview page of a system badge in their admin panel, they were met with disabled inputs for these text properties. The problem is that we failed to educate the admin that the text needs to be managed via the site text customization settings.
This change adds a small "Customize Text" link under theses inputs that takes the admin to the specific site text customization where they can make desired changes.
You can let non-staff users use shared drafts by modifying the `shared_drafts_min_trust_level` site setting. These users must have access to the shared draft category.
Force pushing a commit to a theme repository used to break the updater,
because the system was not able to count the commits behind the old and
new version. This operation failed because a force push deleted the old
commits.
The user was prompted with a simple "500 server error" message.
Themes marked for auto update will be automatically updated when
Discourse is updated. This is triggered by discourse_docker or
docker_manager running Rake task 'themes:update'.
This makes it much easier to check the staff action logs for a specific site setting. A small history icon will appear when hovering over a site setting name. On click, you will be taken to the pre-filtered staff action log for the site setting.
this copy is also shown when viewing invite tabs of other users, so the instructions don't make sense in all cases. shortened it to just say "No invitations to display on this page." users can discover this on their own.
We remove the slow mode composer message and provide better messages when rejecting new posts and edits. The client now validates if the user tries to post again immediately. Finally, we replaced the `hourglass-end` icon with the `hourglass-start` one.
When `must_approve_users` is enabled then staff users assume that all
users will have to be approved manually. But in case of invite we
auto-approve users if they are invited by users. This commit adds an
info on the bottom of invite modal informing staff users that new users
will be auto-approved as soon as they accept invite.
Before deleting a topic that has a high number of views (default of 5000), the user will be prompted with a confirmation popup. This works for all delete buttons on the topic located in: topic-timeline, topic-admin-menu, topic-footer-buttons, and post-menu if the post's ID is 1.
The delete button will be disabled while deletion is in progress, to prevent any unwanted behavior.
A site setting is also available to change the minimum amount of views required to display the confirmation popup.

Showing this button is confusing for sites which are using external authentication. Clicking 'log in' already pops up the login modal, which includes a forgot password link when appropriate.
This PR introduces a feature that will detect a date inside the post that a user is bookmarking, and offer that date as an option in the bookmark modal.
The logic is that we get the first date/time detected in the post. If it does not have a time, just a date, then we default to 8:00am for the time.
* FIX: Ensure slow mode duration is correctly edited and displayed.
This commit fixes a bug where you were forced to set hours, minutes, and seconds or you won't be able to set the slow mode. Also, the duration was not displayed correctly due to the seconds not being truncated.
Additionally, we'll always display the hours, minutes, and seconds inputs for clarity and remove the blue banner.

Previously when an admin user changed a user's email we assumed that they would need a password reset too because they likely did not have access to their account. This proved to be incorrect, as there are other reasons a user needs admin to change their email. This PR:
* Changes the admin change email for user flow so the user is sent an email to confirm the change
* We now record who the email change request was requested by
* If the requested by user is admin and not the user we note this in the email sent to the user
* We also make the confirm change email route open to anonymous users, so it can be clicked by the user even if they do not have access to their account. If there is a logged in user we make sure the confirmation matches the current user.

When admin changes an email for a user, we were incorrectly sending the password reset email to the user's old address. Also the new email does not come into effect until the reset password process is done, so this PR adds some notes to the admin to make this clearer.
Use the names as provided by discourse-fonts and remove the
translated strings.
It also ensures that the selected font is present in case a font will
be removed in the future.
It didn't provide much value to users as it often didn't match the number visible in the topic timeline. That's because `postNumber` is an implementation detail, while the timeline counts only full visible posts (no whispers, topic action notices, etc.)
This PR removes the user reminder topic timers, because that system has been supplanted and improved by bookmark reminders. The option is removed from the UI and all existing user reminder topic timers are migrated to bookmark reminders.
Migration does this:
* Get all topic_timers with status_type 5 (reminders)
* Gets all bookmarks where the user ID and topic ID match
* Loops through the found topic timers
* If there is no bookmark for the OP of the topic, then we just create a bookmark with a reminder
* If there is a bookmark for the OP of the topic and it does **not** have a reminder set, then just
update it with the topic timer reminder
* If there is a bookmark for the OP of the topic with a reminder then just discard the topic timer
* Cancels all outstanding user reminder topic timers
* **Trashes (not deletes) all user reminder topic timers**
Notes:
* For now I have left the user reminder topic timer job class in place; this is so the jobs can be cancelled in the migration. It and the specs will be deleted in the next PR.
* At a later date I will write a migration to delete all trashed user topic timers. They are not deleted here in case there are data issues and they need to be recovered.
* A future PR will change the UI of the topic timer modal to make it look more like the bookmark modal.

When deleting all bookmarks in their list, users were seeing an "access denied" message instead of the regular no content message. This is because when we were calling loadMore and no further results were returned, we were presuming the null response from the resolved promise meant that there was a permissions error. Fixed this and moved the message into a computed property to show the correct message.
Like "default watching" and "default tracking" categories option now the "regular" categories support is added. It will be useful for sites that are muted by default. The user option will be displayed only if `mute_all_categories_by_default` site setting is enabled.
Themes can now declare custom colors that get compiled in core's color definitions stylesheet, thus allowing themes to better support dark/light color schemes.
For example, if you need your theme to use tertiary for an element in a light color scheme and quaternary in a dark scheme, you can add the following SCSS to your theme's `color_definitions.scss` file:

And then use the `--mytheme-tertiary-or-quaternary` variable as the color property of that element. for users by default, groups can now be configured to set members'
notification level to normal from the group manage UI.

category and tag tracking levels that will be applied to user
preferences automatically at the time when users are added to the
group. Users are free to change those preferences afterwards.

in the list and `g` `k` to go to previous topic.
This allows you to quickly work through subsets of topics without having

The shortcut does not work in PM lists yet, or search results, both are
under consideration.
This adds an option to "delete on owner reply" to bookmarks. If you select this option in the modal, then reply to the topic the bookmark is in, the bookmark will be deleted on reply.
This PR also changes the checkboxes for these additional bookmark options to an Integer column in the DB with a combobox to select the option you want.
The use cases are:
* Sometimes I will bookmark the topics to read it later. In this case we definitely don’t need to keep the bookmark after I replied to it.
* Sometimes I will read the topic in mobile and I will prefer to reply in PC later. Or I may have to do some research before reply. So I will bookmark it for reply later.

allows them to specify a list of users that are allowed to send them
private messages. This way they don't have to maintain a large list of
users they don't want to here from and instead just list the people they
know they do want. Staff will still always be able to send messages to

The admin permalink list was a little tricky to use because the URLs are easily reduced with a ... if they are too long. This adds a copy to clipboard button for the URL and a title on hover so the full text of the URL can be seen.

it would show you the avatar for a user even if you ignored or muted

We now show an options gear icon next to the bookmark name.
When expanded we show the "delete bookmark when reminder sent" option. The value of this checkbox is saved in local storage for the user.
If this is ticked, when a reminder is sent for the bookmark the bookmark itself is deleted. This is so people can use the reminder functionality by itself.
Also remove the blue alert reminder section from the "Edit Bookmark" modal as it just added clutter, because the user can already see they had a reminder set:
Adds a default false boolean column `delete_when_reminder_sent` to bookmarks.
This will make a few minor improvements to the second factor user interface. Highlights include:
- Using the site's title to prefix the backup code filename. If non-ascii characters are detected, then prefix "discourse" instead.

For clarity and to save space remove the timezone in brackets e.g. (EDT) from the user card. Also add a title to the user time span to say it is Local Time.
This adds a site setting (default off) to optionally show a user's local time and timezone in their user card. For example, I live in Brisbane, and if at 3:30PM my time I were to open a user who lives in California's card I would see 22:30 (PST).
There is now an explicit "Delete Bookmark" button in the edit modal. A confirmation is shown before deleting.
Along with this, when the bookmarked post icon is clicked the modal is now shown instead of just deleting the bookmark. Also, the "Delete Bookmark" button from the user bookmark list now confirms the action.
Add a `d d` shortcut in the modal to delete the bookmark.
Users can now edit the bookmark name and reminder time from their list of bookmarks.
We use "Custom" for the date and time in the modal because if the user set a reminder for "tomorrow" then edit the reminder "tomorrow", the definition of what "tomorrow" is has changed.
* Show the correct bookmark with clock icon when topic-level bookmark reminder time is set and show the time of the reminder in the title on hover.
* Add a new bookmark lib and reminder time formatting function to show time with today/tomorrow shorthand for readability. E.g. tomorrow at 8:00am instead of Apr 16 2020 at 8:00am. This only applies to today + tomorrow, future dates are still treated the same.
If the feature is enabled, staff members can construct a URL and publish a
topic for others to browse without the regular Discourse chrome.

The {{date}} interpolated value was removed from the English translations in #9329 but not from the other translations, causing breakages.

Introduce the concept of "high priority notifications" which include PM and bookmark reminder notifications. Now bookmark reminder notifications act in the same way as PM notifications (float to top of recent list, show in the green bubble) and most instances of unread_private_messages in the UI have been replaced with unread_high_priority_notifications.
The user email digest is changed to just have a section about unread high priority notifications, the unread PM section has been removed.
A high_priority boolean column has been added to the Notification table and relevant indices added to account for it.
unread_private_messages has been kept on the User model purely for backwards compat, but now just returns unread_high_priority_notifications count so this may cause some inconsistencies in the UI.

* Implement the resolvedTimezone() function on the user model where we return the user's timezone if it has been set, or we guess it using moment and save it to the user using an update call if it has not yet been set. This covers the cases of users who do not log out/in often who will not get their timezone set via login. This also makes sure the guess + save is done in a non-obtrusive way not on every page -- only when it is needed.
* Before if a user's timezone was blank when they visited their profile page we were autofilling the dropdown with the guessed timezone from moment. However this was confusing as it would appear you have that timezone saved in the DB when you really didn't. Now we do not autofill the dropdown and added a button to automatically guess the current timezone to make everything more explicit.
Limitations: the user profile "open external links in new tab setting" is
slightly broken for "External URL" permalinks.
Remove the copy from the admin permalinks page stating that this doesn't work.

On some sites when bootstrapping communities it is helpful to bootstrap
with a "light weight" invite code.
Use the site setting `invite_code` to set a global invite code.
In this case the administrator can share the code with
a community which is very easy to remember and then anyone who has
that code can easily register accounts.
People without the invite code are not allowed account registration.
Global invite codes are less secure than indevidual codes, in that they
tend to leak in the community however in some cases when starting a brand
new community the security guarantees of invites are not needed.
Adds 3 config values that allow to set a custom provider of Gravatar-like API accessible from gravatar_base_url. The gravatar_name is purely cosmetic, but helps with associating name with the service that actually provides the avatars. gravatar_login_url is a link relative to gravatar_base_url, which provides the user with the login to the Gravatar service
* This PR changes the user activity bookmarks stream to show a new list of bookmarks based on the Bookmark record.

A custom date and time can now be selected for a bookmark reminder
The reminder will not happen at the exact time but rather at the next 5 minute interval of the bookmark reminder schedule.
This PR also fixes issues with bulk deleting topic bookmarks.
* This PR implements the scheduling and notification system for bookmark reminders. Every 5 minutes a schedule runs to check any reminders that need to be sent before now, limited to **300** reminders at a time. Any leftover reminders will be sent in the next run. This is to avoid having to deal with fickle sidekiq and reminders in the far-flung future, which would necessitate having a background job anyway to clean up any missing `enqueue_at` reminders.
* If a reminder is sent its `reminder_at` time is cleared and the `reminder_last_sent_at` time is filled in. Notifications are only user-level notifications for now.
* All JavaScript and frontend code related to displaying the bookmark reminder notification is contained here. The reminder functionality is now re-enabled in the bookmark modal as well.
* This PR also implements the "Remind me next time I am at my desktop" bookmark reminder functionality. When the user is on a mobile device they are able to select this option. When they choose this option we set a key in Redis saying they have a pending at desktop reminder. The next time they change devices we check if the new device is desktop, and if it is we send reminders using a DistributedMutex. There is also a job to ensure consistency of these reminders in Redis (in case Redis drops the ball) and the at desktop reminders expire after 20 days.

### UI Changes
If `SiteSetting.enable_bookmarks_with_reminders` is enabled:
* Clicking "Bookmark" on a topic will create a new Bookmark record instead of a post + user action
* Clicking "Clear Bookmarks" on a topic will delete all the new Bookmark records on a topic
* The topic bookmark buttons control the post bookmark flags correctly and vice-versa
Disabled selecting the "reminder type" for bookmarks in the UI because the backend functionality is not done yet (of sending users notifications etc.)

When a tag is restricted to a secured category that the user can't see,
the message was saying that it wasn't restricted to any categories.
Now it will say it's restricted to categories you can't access.
This new iteration of select-kit focuses on following best principales and disallowing mutations inside select-kit components. A best effort has been made to avoid breaking changes, however if you content was a flat array, eg: ["foo", "bar"] You will need to set valueProperty=null and nameProperty=null on the component.
Also almost every component should have an `onChange` handler now to decide what to do with the updated data. **select-kit will not mutate your data by itself anymore**

API keys are now only visible when first created. After that, only the first four characters are stored in the database for identification, along with an sha256 hash of the full key. This makes key usage easier to audit, and ensures attackers would not have access to the live site in the event of a database leak.
This makes the merge lower risk, because we have some time to revert if needed. Once the change is confirmed to be working, we will add a second commit to drop the `key` column.
Note: All of this functionality is hidden behind a hidden, default false, site setting called `enable_bookmarks_with_reminders`. Also, any feedback on Ember code would be greatly appreciated!
This is part 1 of the bookmark improvements. The next PR will address the backend logic to send reminder notifications for bookmarked posts to users. This PR adds the following functionality:
* We are adding a new `bookmarks` table and `Bookmark` model to make the bookmarks a first-class citizen and to allow attaching reminders to them.
* Posts now have a new button in their actions menu that has the icon of an actual book
* Clicking the button opens the new bookmark modal.
* Both name and the reminder type are optional.
* If you close the modal without doing anything, the bookmark is saved with no reminder.
* If you click the Cancel button, no bookmark is saved at all.
* All of the reminder type tiles are dynamic and the times they show will be based on your user timezone set in your profile (this should already be set for you).
* If for some reason a user does not have their timezone set they will not be able to set a reminder, but they will still be able to create a bookmark.
* A bookmark can be deleted by clicking on the book icon again which will be red if the post is bookmarked.
This PR does NOT do anything to migrate or change existing bookmarks in the form of `PostActions`, the two features live side-by-side here. Also this does nothing to the topic bookmarking.
When a component is installed and not assigned to any theme and the user is changing page, we should display a warning.
If the user decides to skip warning or come back later, a warning should not be shown anymore.
Also, when the user clicks "delete" button right after installation, warning about forgotten themes should not be shown.
This feature adds the ability to define synonyms for tags, and the ability to merge one tag into another while keeping it as a synonym. For example, tags named "js" and "java-script" can be synonyms of "javascript". When searching and creating topics using synonyms, they will be mapped to the base tag.
Along with this change is a new UI found on each tag's page (for example, `/tags/javascript`) where more information about the tag can be shown. It will list the synonyms, which categories it's restricted to (if any), and which tag groups it belongs to (if tag group names are public on the `/tags` page by enabling the "tags listed by group" setting). Staff users will be able to manage tags in this UI, merge tags, and add/remove synonyms.

- When abandoning an edit we now say "Are you sure you want to discard
your changes" (instead of abandon your post which is confusing)
The 'automatically set primary group' checkbox looked like it was associated with the email membership. In fact, it applies to all members who join the group. This commit moves it next to the 'automatic trust level' setting, and puts them both under an 'Effects' heading
Using popups is becoming increasingly rare. Full page redirects are already used on mobile, and for some providers. This commit removes all logic related to popup authentication, leaving only the full page redirect method.

Adds 2 factor authentication method via second factor security keys over [web authn](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Authentication_API).
Allows a user to authenticate a second factor on login, login-via-email, admin-login, and change password routes. Adds registration area within existing user second factor preferences to register multiple security keys. Supports both external (yubikey) and built-in (macOS/android fingerprint readers).
The current copy has caused some confusion that admins can only create 5 topics or 30 posts. Update copy to make it clearer this is a recommended minimum, not a limit.

This is mainly done so Discourse forums stop nagging people to install
on the very first visits to a website.
We will prevent the native install "mini-info" bar from ever appearing,
capture the event that pops with it, and delay it until the user meets
our criteria, which currently is trust_level 1.
If the event happens and the user meets our criteria we show a Discourse
alert banner proposing the install to the user. Dismissal of the banner
is recorded so the user ins't bothered anymore on the same device.

If enabled, this will fire a webhook whenever a user's notification has
been created. This could potentially be a lot of data depending on your
forum, and should be used carefully since it includes everything all users
will see in their feeds.
There are 5 visibility levels (similar to group visibility)

logged-in users
members only
staff
owners
Admins & group owners always have visibility to group members.
This feature (when enabled) will allow for invite_only sites to require
external authentication before they can redeem an invite.

This feature adds the ability to customize the HTML part of all emails using a custom HTML template and optionally some CSS to style it. The CSS will be parsed and converted into inline styles because CSS is poorly supported by email clients. When writing the custom HTML and CSS, be aware of what email clients support. Keep customizations very simple.
Customizations can be added and edited in Admin > Customize > Email Style.
Since the summary email is already heavily styled, there is a setting to disable custom styles for summary emails called "apply custom styles to digest" found in Admin > Settings > Email.
As part of this work, RTL locales are now rendered correctly for all emails.

- FEATURE: Allow downloading watched words
This introduces a button that allows admins to download watched words per action in a `.txt` file.
- FEATURE: Allow clearing watched words in bulk
This adds a "Clear All" button that clears all deleted words per action (e.g. block, flag etc.)
- FEATURE: List all blocked words contained in the post when it's blocked
When a post is rejected because it contains one or more blocked words, the error message now lists all the blocked words contained in the post.

This also changes the format of the file for importing watched words from `.csv` to `.txt` so it becomes inconsistent with the extension of the file when watched words are exported.

Previously, users who had any penalties (were silenced or suspended)
were not allowed to promote to Trust Level 3.
There is also a more subtle change here: if users were silenced or
suspended and then the operation was reverted (user was un-silenced
or un-suspended), then it would have been like the user was never
penalized in the first place. This is no longer the case. To forgive a
user earlier, administrators can use "Clear Penalty History" feature.
Lastly, Jobs::UnsilenceUsers will automatically unsilence any users who
should no longer be silenced (silenced_till < now()). This made it so
silence_count - unsilence_count == 0 for any user who is not silenced,
which defeated the purpose of this TL3 requirement.

This new setting option lets group owners message/mention large groups
without granting that privilege to all members.
Groups can now be marked as visible to "logged on users". All automatic groups (except `everyone`) are now visible to "logged on users", previously they were marked as public but suppressed in the group page for non-staff.
This changes the label and behaviour of the "No, keep" button in the confirmation modal when user cancels a draft while on a different topic. The new button label is "No, save draft", and when clicked, the composer will be dismissed without destroying the draft.
This allows you to temporarily disable components without having to remove them from a theme.
This feature is very handy when doing quick fix engineering.
Adds a second factor landing page that centralizes a user's second factor configuration.
This contains both TOTP and Backup, and also allows multiple TOTP tokens to be registered and organized by a name. Access to this page is authenticated via password, and cached for 30 minutes via a secure session.

We now show if a queued or flagged post is a reply to another when in
the review queue. It's especially helpful for queued posts where
normally they are linked to the topic where they are created, and you
have no context about the reply.
Note that this will only apply to new queued posts going forward.
Previously queued posts will not show the "in reply to"
This feature allows end users to "defer" topics by marking them unread
The functionality is default disabled. This also introduces the new site
setting default_other_enable_defer: to enable this by default on new user
accounts.
The problem here is that hour and minute were passed to the %{duration} variable which made them impossible to translate in other languages.
I wonder if it's worth having 2 almost identical translations just for "reached" and "exceeded"? Perhaps we could combine them in one copy?

This is a feature that used to be present in discourse-assign but is
much easier to implement in core. It also allows a topic to be assigned
without it claiming for review and vice versa and allows it to work with
category group reviewers.
We found score hard to understand. It is still there behind the scenes
for sorting purposes, but it is no longer shown.
You can now filter by minimum priority (low, med, high) instead of
score.
This change automatically resizes icons for various purposes. Admins can now upload `logo` and `logo_small`, and everything else will be auto-generated. Specific icons can still be uploaded separately if required.
## Core
- Adds an SiteIconManager module which manages automatic resizing and fallback
- Icons are looked up in the OptimizedImage table at runtime, and then cached in Redis. If the resized version is missing for some reason, then most icons will fall back to the original files. Some icons (e.g. PWA Manifest) will return `nil` (because an incorrectly sized icon is worse than a missing icon).
- `SiteSetting.site_large_icon_url` will return the optimized version, including any fallback. `SiteSetting.large_icon` continues to return the upload object. This means that (almost) no changes are required in core/plugins to support this new system.
- Icons are resized whenever a relevant site setting is changed, and during post-deploy migrations

- Allows `requiresRefresh` wizard steps to reload data via AJAX instead of a full page reload

Theme developers can include any number of scss files within the /scss/ directory of a theme. These can then be imported from the main common/desktop/mobile scss.
- Plugin developers using OpenID2.0 should migrate to OAuth2 or OIDC. OpenID2.0 APIs will be removed in v2.4.0

A new checkbox has been added to the Tags tab of the category settings modal
which is used when some tags and/or tag groups are restricted to the category,
and all other unrestricted tags should also be allowed.
Default is the same as the previous behaviour: only allow the specified set of
tags and tag groups in the category.
Includes support for flags, reviewable users and queued posts, with REST API
backwards compatibility.

Migrates email user options to a new data structure, where `email_always`, `email_direct` and `email_private_messages` are replace by
* `email_messages_level`, with options: `always`, `only_when_away` and `never` (defaults to `always`)

## Why do we need this change?
Part of the work discussed [here](https://meta.discourse.org/t/gain-understanding-of-file-uploads-usage/104994), and implemented a first spike [here](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/6809), I am trying to expose a single generic filter selector per report.
## How does this work?
We basically expose a simple, single generic filter that is computed and displayed based on backend values passed into the report.
This would be a simple contract between the frontend and the backend.
**Backend changes:** we simply need to return a list of dropdown / select options, and enable the report's newly introduced `custom_filtering` property.
For example, for our [Top Uploads](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/6809/files#diff-3f97cbb8726f3310e0b0c386dbe89e22R1423) report, it can look like this on the backend:

**Frontend changes:** We introduced a generic `filter` param and a `combo-box` which hooks up into the existing framework for fetching a report.
This works alright, with the limitation of being a single custom filter per report. If we wanted to add, for an instance a `filesize filter`, this will not work for us. _I went through with this approach because it is hard to predict and build abstractions for requirements or problems we don't have yet, or might not have._

## More on the bigger picture
The major concern here I have is the solution I introduced might serve the `think small` version of the reporting work, but I don't think it serves the `think big`, I will try to shed some light into why.
Within the current design, It is hard to maintain QueryParams for dynamically generated params (based on the idea of introducing more than one custom filter per report).
To allow ourselves to have more than one generic filter, we will need to:
a. Use the Route's model to retrieve the report's payload (we are now dependent on changes of the QueryParams via computed properties)
b. After retrieving the payload, we can use the `setupController` to define our dynamic QueryParams based on the custom filters definitions we received from the backend
c. Load a custom filter specific Ember component based on the definitions we received from the backend

This way Users can find and update their list of ignored users.

## Open questions
Two of many options to represent a list of ignored users is that we can:
1. We can represent the ignored user list as a table with the ability to `un-ignore` but NOT to add new ignored users.
2. We can keep it functioning as the `muted user list` where you can `un-ignore` or `ignore` users.
* Adds warnings to the "Edit Category" dialog
* Doesn't hide the "Security" tab on the "Edit Category" dialog anymore. Instead, it shows an explanation why permissions can't be changed.

Sadly there is no clean way of detecting a keyboard is connected to an iPad
If the keyboard is connected we want to disable all the touch related hacks
on iOS
This allows iPad users to specify they have a keyboard connected. Setting
is per device.
This commit also:
- removes [+ New Topic] behaviour from share, this feature has been duplicated in composer actions, months ago
- introduces our new experimental spacing standard for css: eg: `s(2)`
- introduces a new panel UI for modals
- These advanced fields are hidden behind an 'advanced' button, so will not affect normal use
- The editor has been refactored into a component, and styling cleaned up so menu items do not overlap on small screens
- Styling has been added to indicate which fields are in use for a theme
- Icons have been added to identify which fields have errors
New `about.json` fields (all optional):
- `authors`: An arbitrary string describing the theme authors
- `theme_version`: An arbitrary string describing the theme version
- `minimum_discourse_version`: Theme will be auto-disabled for lower versions. Must be a valid version descriptor.
- `maximum_discourse_version`: Theme will be auto-disabled for lower versions. Must be a valid version descriptor.
A localized description for a theme can be provided in the language files under the `theme_metadata.description` key
The admin UI has been re-arranged to display this new information, and give more prominence to the remote theme options.
We had Prettier pinned because of https://github.com/prettier/prettier/issues/5529. Since that bug is fixed, unpinning.
Prettier now supports YAML, so this applies Prettier to all .yml except for translations, which should not be edited directly anyway.
- Themes can supply translation files in a format like `/locales/{locale}.yml`. These files should be valid YAML, with a single top level key equal to the locale being defined. For now these can only be defined using the `discourse_theme` CLI, importing a `.tar.gz`, or from a GIT repository.
- Fallback is handled on a global level (if the locale is not defined in the theme), as well as on individual keys (if some keys are missing from the selected interface language).
- Administrators can override individual keys on a per-theme basis in the /admin/customize/themes user interface.
- Theme developers should access defined translations using the new theme prefix variables:
JavaScript: `I18n.t(themePrefix("my_translation_key"))`
Handlebars: `{{theme-i18n "my_translation_key"}}` or `{{i18n (theme-prefix "my_translation_key")}}`
- To design for backwards compatibility, theme developers can check for the presence of the `themePrefix` variable in JavaScript
- As part of this, the old `{{themeSetting.setting_name}}` syntax is deprecated in favour of `{{theme-setting "setting_name"}}`
The locale key had to be renamed, because this key is also used as CSS class.
The "invisible" CSS class makes the icon invisible. "unlisted" doesn't have that effect.
* Dashboard doesn't timeout anymore when Amazon S3 is used for backups
* Storage stats are now a proper report with the same caching rules
* Changing the backup_location, s3_backup_bucket or creating and deleting backups removes the report from the cache
* It shows the number of backups and the backup location
