REFACTOR: Replace global find with queryAll
...
In newer Embers jQuery is removed. There is a `find` but it only returns
one element and not a jQuery selector. This patch migrates our code to a
new helper `queryAll` which allows us to remove the global.

FIX: Disallow email invites if enable_local_logins is disabled ( #10805 )
...
allowEmails used to always be set to true and did not use
can_invite_via_email, which checks for enable_local_logins.
It was a problem because on sites with local logins
disabled users were allowed to enter email addresses, but
received a generic error "error inviting that user".

a huge commit and we should be really careful everything continues to

is not their final position, just the first step towards it.

Rename "Integration" tests to "Acceptance" tests.
...
The term "Acceptance" seems to have won out everywhere and I don't want
our codebase to be confusing.

A bunch of tweaks to the Users directory
...
- Move user directory from `/directory` to `/users/`
- Defaults to 'weekly' time period
- Don't include deleted topics/posts in the results
- Move heart icon to header instead of on each row
- "Users" instead of "Users found"
