David Taylor	00903f6b11	DEV: Support version operators in .discourse-compatibility (#22714) ... This adds support for the `<=` and `<` version operators in `.discourse-compatibility` files. This allows for more flexibility (e.g. targeting the entire 3.1.x stable release via `< 3.2.0.beta1`), and should also make compatibility files to be more readable. David Taylor	c9dab6fd08	DEV: Automatically require 'rails_helper' in all specs (#16077) ... It's very easy to forget to add `require 'rails_helper'` at the top of every core/plugin spec file, and omissions can cause some very confusing/sporadic errors.
