We're changing the implementation of trust levels to use groups. Part of this is to have site settings that reference trust levels use groups instead. It converts the min_trust_to_flag_posts site setting to flag_post_allowed_groups.
Note: In the original setting, "posts" is plural. I have changed this to "post" singular in the new setting to match others.
It's very easy to forget to add `require 'rails_helper'` at the top of every core/plugin spec file, and omissions can cause some very confusing/sporadic errors.
By setting this flag in `.rspec`, we can remove the need for `require 'rails_helper'` entirely.
We send the reminder using the GroupMessage class, which supports removing previous messages. We can't match them by raw because they could mention different moderators. Also, I had to change the subject to remove dynamically generated values, which is necessary for finding them.
We found score hard to understand. It is still there behind the scenes
for sorting purposes, but it is no longer shown.
You can now filter by minimum priority (low, med, high) instead of
score.
This change both speeds up specs (less strings to allocate) and helps catch
cases where methods in Discourse are mutating inputs.
Overall we will be migrating everything to use #frozen_string_literal: true
it will take a while, but this is the first and safest move in this direction
