Given we are a single-page-app, we hijack the browser's default behavior
for keyboard shortcuts like End because on long topics (20+ posts) we
need to load the last post before really reaching the end of the page.
However, when the last post is already rendered, the End shortcut
currently does nothing, it takes the user to the start of the last post.
If that post is too long, the user will have to scroll down manually.
This change ensures that if the last post of a topic is already rendered
(whether it is in the viewport or not), pressing End will take the user
to the very bottom of the page.
Note for the reviewer: the test added here is for the general case, it
is too hard to test the case where the last post is already rendered,
that isn't covered here.
DropdownMenu component is meant as a way to describe the content of menus.
Syntax:
```
<DropdownMenu as |dm|>
<dm.item class="test">
First
</dm.item>
<dm.divider class="foo" />
<dm.item class="bar">
Second
</dm.item>
</DropdownMenu>
```
* A11Y: Update bulk selection keyboard shortcuts
Still a draft, but in current state this:
- adds `shift+b` as a keyboard shortcut to toggle bulk select
- adds `shift+d` as a keyboard shortcut to dismiss selected topic(s) (this
replaces `x r` and `x t` shortcuts)
- adds `x` as a keyboard shortcut to toggle selection (while in bulk select mode)
- fixes a bug with the `shift+a` shortcut, which was not working properly
Note that there is a breaking change here. Previously we had:
- `x r` to dismiss new topics
- `x t` to dismiss unread topics
However, this meant that we couldn't use `x` for selection, because the
itsatrap library does not allow the same character to be used both as a
single character shortcut and as the start of a sequence. The proposed
solution here is more consistent with other apps (Gmail, Github) that use
`x` to toggle selection.
Also, we never show both "Dismiss New" and "Dismiss Unread" in the same
screen, hence it makes sense to consolidate both actions under `shift+d`.
* Address review
In the long term we should aim to modernize these places, but for now this change will make them compatible with Ember 5.x (while maintaining compatibility with Ember 3.28)
The most common thing that we do with fab! is:
fab!(:thing) { Fabricate(:thing) }
This commit adds a shorthand for this which is just simply:
fab!(:thing)
i.e. If you omit the block, then, by default, you'll get a `Fabricate`d object using the fabricator of the same name.
JS tests expect `show_copy_button_on_codeblocks` to be false (because
default before #81f3f56 was false). There is probably a different
issue at play here with JS tests, I haven't dug into it yet.
Instead, this PR adds a system test to ensure copy button is present
for code blocks with default site settings enabled.
Clicking on TOC heading anchors in a subfolder setup was breaking the current URL for users.
Other than the fix this change introduces the ability to test the subfolder setup in system specs.
