UX: refactor .d-modal to use BEM and improve styling (#23967)
This PR refactors the following:
* leaving all the CSS applied to the old `modal-body` classes in their respective files
* made new clean styling for `.d-modal` and refactored the template to use the new BEM classes
  * `inner-`, `middle-`, `outer-` container classes are gone and replaced with simplified `wrapper` and `container` classes
  * use standardised max-sizes with modifiers `-large` and `-max`
  * lighter backdrop,
  * min-width to prevent puny modals
  * other styling changes regarding padding, close button,…
* pulled out all modal overrides into a general `modal-overrides` file + cleanup of outdated CSS
* pulled out login and create account modal styling into their own file, cause it's such a big override
* removed old general login.scss file for mobile & desktop
* only kept some remainders I don't want to touch in `app/assets/stylesheets/common/base/login.scss`

FEATURE: Allow users to confirm session with passkeys (#24337)
We ask users to confirm their session if they are making a sensitive
action, such as adding/updating second factors or passkeys. This

to the password confirmation.

- improve error message when registration is not allowed
- output error in console when registration fails
- minor fix to rename dialog layout
- hides action buttons in DiscourseHub (because adding passkeys there is not possible)
- adds acceptance test to ensure action buttons are hidden for admins seeing another user's profile

DEV: Add UI for passkeys (3/3) (#23853)
Adds UI elements for registering a passkey and logging in with it. The feature is still in an early stage, interested parties that want to try it can use the `experimental_passkeys` site setting (via Rails console).

See PR for more details.

UX: Only close modal for full 'click' events outside (#23566)
Previously we were using 'mouseup', which meant that if you started the click inside, and then dragged to outside the modal, it would still close. This kind of dragging action is common when selecting text, and having it close the modal can be very frustrating.

Simply switching to a 'click' listener doesn't totally solve the problem, because when a click event involves dragging from one element to another, the browser will fire the event on "the most specific ancestor element that contained both elements". For modals, the most specific common ancestor was still the `modal-middle-container`, which would cause the modal to close.

Therefore, this commit sets the modal containers to have `pointer-events: none`, and sets up the click listener on the `.modal-backdrop` element, which is **adjacent** to the modal in the DOM. That means that click events fired on any ancestors of the modal will not accidentally trigger closure.

DEV: Refactor edit tags/categories modal to reduce duplication (#22240)
Why this change?

There was alot of duplication between the edit navigation menu tags/categories modal which
was making it hard to introduce new changes as the work had to be
duplicated into multiple places.

This commit mainly extracts the duplicated code into common components
such that it is easier to make styling changes across both modals.

FEATURE: Add modal for editing tags in navigation menu (#22214)
What does this change do?

This change is a first pass for adding a modal used to edit tags that appears in
the navigation menu. As the feature is being worked on in phases, it is
currently hidden behind the `new_edit_sidebar_categories_tags_interface_groups` site setting.

The following features will be worked on in future commits:

1. Input filter to filter through the tgas
2. Button to reset tag selection to default navigation menu tags site
   settings
3. Button to deselect all current selection

DEV: Deselect all and reset to defaults btns to edit categories modal (#22143)
What does this change do?

This change adds the deselect all and reset to defaults buttons to the
edit navigation menu categories modal. The deselect all button when
click deselects all the selected categories in the modal. If the user
saves with no categories selected, the user's categories section in the
navigation menu will be set to the site's top categories.

The reset to defaults button is only shown when the
`default_navigation_menu_categories` site setting has been configured.
When clicked, the user's categories section in the navigation menu is
automatically set to the categories defined by the
`default_navigation_menu_categories` site setting.

UX: Allow users to filter categories in edit sidebar categories modal (#21996)
What does this change do?

This change is a continuation of
2191b879c6 and adds an input filter to the
edit sidebar categories modal which the user can use to filter through
the list of categories by the category's name.

Note that if a child category is being shown, all of its ancestors will
be shown even if the names of the ancestors do not match the given
filter. This is to ensure that we continue to display the hierarchy of a
child category even if the parent category does not match the filter.

FEATURE: Add fullscreen button for code blocks (#16044)
This commit extends the original copy-codeblocks initializer,
renaming it to codeblock-buttons, and adding another button
to make the code block fullscreen in a modal window. The fullscreen
code is then run through highlight.js.

This commit also moves much of the code out of the initializer
and into a reusable CodeblockButtons class, so it can also be used
in the fullscreen code modal for the copy + paste button.

The fullscreen button will not be shown if there is no scroll overflow
in the code block, nor will it be shown on mobile. This commit also
changes the fullscreen table button to not show on mobile.

This will make long lines of code much easier to read and interact
with. This is gated behind the same `show_copy_button_on_codeblocks`
site setting.

FEATURE: New share topic modal (#12804)
The old share modal used to host both share and invite functionality,
under two tabs. The new "Share Topic" modal can be used only for
sharing, but has a link to the invite modal.

Among the sharing methods, there is also "Notify" which points out
that existing users will simply be notified (this was not clear
before). Staff members can notify as many users as they want, but
regular users are restricted to one at a time, no more than
max_topic_invitations_per_day. The user will not receive another
notification if they have been notified of the same topic in past hour.

The "Create Invite" modal also suffered some changes: the two radio
boxes for selecting the type (invite or email) have been replaced by a
single checkbox (is email?) and then the two labels about emails have
been replaced by a single one, some fields were reordered and the
advanced options toggle was moved to the bottom right of the modal.

We previously included this option conditionally when users were replying
or creating a new topic while they had content already in the composer.

This makes the dialog always include three buttons:
  - Close and discard
  - Close and save draft for later
  - Keed editing

This also changes how the backend notifies the frontend when there is
a current draft topic. This is now sent via the `has_topic_draft`
property in the current user serializer.
