The directory items controller specs that have a search param were not
matching how things worked in production. In a non-test environment the
UserSearch class depends on the `user_search_data` table being
populated, so the tests I corrected now use this table as well to match
reality.
Also added a new test to match the 20 user limit for search results that
currently exists. This 20 user limit is on the line between a bug and a
feature but it is how it is currently working so we should document
that. We have plans to increase this limit and it has been documented
here: https://meta.discourse.org/t/296485
This PR is a no-op and only changes the tests.

For performance reasons we don't automatically add fabricated users to trust level auto-groups. However, when explicitly passing a trust level to the fabricator, in 99% of cases it means that trust level is relevant for the test, and we need the groups.
This change makes it so that when a trust level is explicitly passed to the fabricator, the auto-groups are refreshed. There's no longer a need to also pass refresh_auto_groups: true, which means clearer tests, fewer mistakes, and less confusion.
This is a bug that happens only when the current date is less than 90 days from a date on which the time zone transitions into or out of Daylight Savings Time.
In these conditions, bulk invites show the time of day of their expiration as being 1 hour later than the current time.
Whereas it should match the time of day the invite was generated.
This is because the server has not been using the user's timezone in calculating the expiration time of day. This PR fixes issue by considering the user's timezone when doing the date math.

TL4 users can already list and unlist topics, but they can't see
the unlisted topics. This change brings this to par by allowing
TL4 users to also see unlisted topics.
* DEV: Remove enable_whispers site setting
Whispers are enabled as long as there is at least one group allowed to
whisper, see whispers_allowed_groups site setting.
* DEV: Always enable whispers for admins if at least one group is allowed.
Currently the only way to allow tagging on pms is to use the `allow_staff_to_tag_pms` site setting. We are removing that site setting and replacing it with `pm_tags_allowed_for_groups` which will allow for non staff tagging. It will be group based permissions instead of requiring the user to be staff.
If the existing value of `allow_staff_to_tag_pms` is `true` then we include the `staff` groups as a default for `pm_tags_allowed_for_groups`.
This disallows putting URLs in topic titles for TL0 users, which means that:
If a TL-0 user puts a link into the title, a topic featured link won't be generated (as if it was disabled in the site settings)
Server methods for creating and updating topics will be refusing featured links when they are called by TL-0 users
TL-0 users won't be able to put any link into the topic title. For example, the title "Hey, take a look at https://my-site.com" will be rejected.
Also, it improves a bit server behavior when creating or updating feature links on topics in the categories with disabled featured links. Before the server just silently ignored a featured link field that was passed to him, now it will be returning 422 response.
Previously we used custom fields to denote a user was anonymous, this was
risky in that custom fields are prone to race conditions and are not
properly dedicated, missing constraints and so on.
The new table `anonymous_users` is properly protected. There is only one
possible shadow account per user, which is enforced using a constraint.
Every anonymous user will have a unique row in the new table.
This change both speeds up specs (less strings to allocate) and helps catch
cases where methods in Discourse are mutating inputs.
Overall we will be migrating everything to use #frozen_string_literal: true
it will take a while, but this is the first and safest move in this direction
This allows users who entered a typo or invalid email address when
signing up an opportunity to fix it and resending the confirmation
email to that address.
Also changes behaviour of real to not return anonymous users.
This means user counts will no longer include them, and the
mailing list system will ignore them even if they somehow end up
with the feature turned on.
Changed internals so trust levels are referred to with
TrustLevel[1], TrustLevel[2] etc.
This gives us much better flexibility naming trust levels, these names
are meant to be controlled by various communities.
