DEV: upgrade transitionToRoute on Controller (#22647)
Per https://deprecations.emberjs.com/v3.x/#toc_routing-transition-methods

We are upgrading all `this.transitionToRoute` calls on controllers to directly call the router service (`this.router.transitionTo`)
