Osama Sayegh 67bb0d8a55 DEV: Add profile tab to the experimental user menu (#17982) ... This commit adds the profile tab to the experimental user menu. We're adding it to the user menu because it contains links/buttons that are not available anywhere else. We may remove the tab again if we find better places for those links/buttons, but for now it'll stay.
