Document missing bind functions

Browse Source 
Turns out we never documented the "jump" ones.

That means the still-undocumented bind functions are

- vi-arg-digit
- vi-delete-to
- and

Mostly because I'd have to look up what they actually *do*, and
possibly rename them to be generic.
