We turned it off, but for some reason (cmake version?) that stopped working on my system. So instead we just remove all the code that does it. To be honest I do not know why this exists anyway.

Find Rust
This module finds an installed rustc compiler and the cargo build tool. If Rust
is managed by rustup it determines the available toolchains and returns a
concrete Rust version, not a rustup proxy.
