Ryan Patterson 2d9f8547e2 Fix completion for port
This blames to a40b019, when @floam made some changes to various completions,
but this one seems to not quite fit the pattern and had a copy/paste error
resulting in using an undeclared variable.

Also disable filename completion on port.
