Merge reused strings into core

- Merges two strings from Likes and Mentions into the core YML.
- Adds commenting to core YML to indicate strings referenced by extensions.
- Changes `others_link` to `others_text` in Mentions.
- Removes obsolete `ref:` namespace from Mentions.
