Subject: [PATCH] chore!: notify breaking change in `git_prompt_info`

BREAKING CHANGE: the git config option to skip running `git_prompt_info` has changed from `oh-my-zsh.hide-status` to `oh-my-zsh.hide-info` (#9188).
