FIX: When creating new message via URL do not redirect (#27153)
* FIX: When creating new message via URL do not redirect

If a user clicks on `/new-message` route from inside the instance we're
redirecting the user to `/latest` page which is only intended if the
user is coming from an external site. This commit checks for this
condition and only redirects when user is coming from external source.

This also makes the behavior consistent with `new-topic` route.

Internal topic reference: `/t/-/129523/`

DEV: Add support for various fields in generic bulk importer (#27114)
* user_profiles - `location`
* users - `date_of_birth`
* topics - `pinned_at`, `pinned_until`, `pinned_globally`

This also include changes to correctly import PMs. Currently PM topics
are skipped because of a check in `import_users` step which requires `category_id`
to be present.

UX: reduces idle time to 0 on chat (#27158)
We consider that you should always receive a notification sound when someone speaks directly with you in chat.

This commit also refactors the way we play audio in chat to make it simpler and throttle it to 3 seconds.

We also added a safeguard to ensure we won't play sounds for old messages, this case can happen when message bus is catching up the backlog (eg: in an inactive tab for example).

FIX: S3Inventory to ignore files older than last backup restore date (#27166)
This commit updates `S3Inventory#files` to ignore S3 inventory files
which have a `last_modified` timestamp which are not at least 2 days
older than `BackupMetadata.last_restore_date` timestamp.

This check was previously only in `Jobs::EnsureS3UploadsExistence` but
`S3Inventory` can also be used via Rake tasks so this protection needs
to be in `S3Inventory` and not in the scheduled job.

FIX: flaky post action counts specs (#27165)

In addition, we need to clear `nil` counts for dynamically created flags from serializer.

UX: Disable plugin list settings button for some plugins (#27124)
For plugins with only an "enabled" site setting, it doesn't
make sense to take them to the site settings page, since the
toggle switch in the list can be used to change enabled/disabled.

This will not be the case for plugins that have their own custom
config page (like Automation), but we will deal with this when
we actually overhaul this plugin to use the new show page.

Also adds another rspec fixture of a test plugin.

0012d9626f FIX: chat activity indicator wasn't working for threads
When a user had the chat option "Show activity indicator in header" set to "all new messages", and they would get a reply to a thread they're part of, the chat icon in the header would not show the unread bubble indicator.

In order to fix this, the `ChatHeaderIconUnreadIndicator` component will now `showUnreadIndicator` whenever there is either one unread public channel or there are unread threads.

I only added a system spec for this very specific path because I don't want to slow down the whole suite to test for all the various combination of the `chat_header_indicator_preference` values.

d4af30f26d FIX: elided content in email should always have an href
Not 100% sure why the changes in `PrettyText.format_for_email` raised this issue, but we were missing adding a link to the Discourse instance whenever we are replacing the elided part of a post with a link to either the post or the Discourse instance in the email.

Also reformated the specs using better variable names (sometimes a variable named `md` would contain some html) and used the `match_html` helper for all the tests.

8f7a3e5b29 FIX: subfolder absolute links in summaries
This fixes the `PrettyText.make_all_links_absolute` to better handle subfolder.

In subfolder, when given the cooked version of a post, links to mentions includes the `Discourse.base_path` prefix. Adding the `Discourse.base_url` was doubling the `Discourse.base_path`.

The issue was hidden behind the specs which was stubbing `Discourse.base_url` instead of relying on `Discourse.base_path`.

This fixes both the "algorithm" used in `PrettyText.make_all_links_absolute` to better handle this case and correct the specs to properly handle subfolder cases.

There are lots of changes in the specs due to a refactoring to use squiggly heredoc strings for easier reading and less escaping.
