* Changed "Rename Discussion" prompt into a modal.
* Added DiscussionRenameModal component (Modal)
* Changed DiscussionControls.renameAction to use the modal (I may have removed the ability to return a promise)

* Added punycode.js back to js/forum dist

* Fixed some formatting, removed some unnecessary variables
