5a33e6f00c Move FAQ, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy into topics in the Staff category. First post of those topics will be rendered on their respective pages. d95887c57d CHANGE: We now include the _escaped_fragment_ support by default, but 
only if the crawler check fails. It is a fallback for non-google search
engines that support the Ajax crawling API.
